I earned a BBA in Marketing/Management and
have over 25 years of business, sales and marketing experience. My background has given me the experience to be a STRONG NEGOTIATOR. I worked previously for a luxury home real estate company as their Marketing
Director and then continued my career by starting my own event/wedding
coordinating business. Over 10 years, I coordinated and hosted over 850
events/weddings, big and small. I organized every detail and ensured that I
kept my clients STRESS-FREE throughout the entire process while offering top
notch service. This service has carried through into my real estate career
today.
I was honored to be the Director of Activities and Transportation for
a large Retirement Community in San Antonio where their mission
was: "Caring to create a lifestyle that nurtures the spirit". I
believed in that mission and enjoyed being around each and everyone of the
residents. I am excited to have received the SRES® - Seniors Real
Estate Specialist Designation. I have the experience and knowledge working with
55+ adults and enjoy assisting them in any real estate or downsizing need. I am also a chosen Preferred Agent with 55Places.com, a nationwide retirement home resource for seniors. I am an expert with retirement communities in San Antonio and the surrounding area. I help seniors across the nation find the perfect home here locally. I have also worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations
as seniors through my daughter who has special needs.

I have earned the prestigious designation, ABR® - Accredited Buyers Representative. I have the knowledge needed to help buyers with the utmost service and care possible. I am also a Realogy Corporate and Partner Programs Certified Agent which offers the advantage of proven expertise and Realogy resources in serving clients at the very highest professional level. I am able to help buyers and sellers with the purchase or sale of their home ANYWHERE in the USA. I was chosen for my brokerage office to be the Relocation Ambassador as well. I educate newer agents in the office about relocation.
I have worked hard to have recently earn Coldwell Banker's Luxury Property Specialist Certification for Global Luxury and The Institute's CLHMS™ designation. Selling & buying in the luxury market has always been a goal of mine.
I have also earned my MRP - Military Relocation Professional designation. My husband served in the military as well as several other family members. I appreciate those that have served for our country! Living in Military City, USA (San Antonio), I have been fortunate to work with many military families. I enjoy being able to SERVE them! I have also earned my certification through the City of San Antonio Office Of Historic Preservation as a Historic House Specialist.
