Once The Offer Has Been Accepted
Order homes inspection & termite inspection
Order septic & well inspection (if applicable)
Negotiate repairs, as needed
Refrain from purchase that can affect credit score
Submit all loan documents required by lender
Obtain home insurance
Anticipate possible closing delays (at closing date is target and frequently moves a little bit as the date draws near)
Get utilities and cable activated for move-in date
Do final walk-through before closing
Review Consumer Disclosure(CD)
Obtain cashiers check for the final closing cost (payable to title company) or wire transfer
Bring personal check and driver's license
