Help buyers evaluate a home, neighborhood, or community
Discuss aging-in-place needs during buyer-counseling session
When showing a home, point out the features that support aging in place
Inform clients and their families of community services that support aging in place
Provide a list of service providers that may help in the home buying/selling process for seniors.
Be sure to go over the age-restricted community regulations and restrictions
Provide her experiences of how others have solved the problems
